New support in web

I honestly believe it would be much better for the community to have live, person-to-person support for better communication and faster resolution of potential community problems. For example, with the Nintendo Switch, you send a message through the website and someone replies within minutes to discuss your issue. Obviously, it would just require entering some pre-set messages and then connecting you with a human.
