The speed of the clouds is too slow

The clouds in Minecraft passed 4096 blocks in 3 hours of real-time. That's too slow. In Exploration Lite, the clouds passed 4096 blocks in 2 hours of real-time. Can an update be released so that the clouds pass 4096 blocks in 2 hours of real-time?
