Structure Spawning changes to Nether Fortress and Bastion Remnant

If the Piglins and Wither Skeletons are at war with one another, then why do their respective structure spawn near next to each other? Does that make any logical sense. Here is how they could be changed in terms of spawning in these specific biomes

- Nether Waste: Bastion Remnant Only

- Crimson Forest: Bastion Remnant Only

- Warped Forest: No Structures

- Soul Sand Valley: Nether Fortress Only

- Basalt Deltas: Nether Fortress Only

Please Mojang, take this into consideration from a logical standpoint.
