Accessibility Option to move positions of GUI - Subtitles, Locator Bar

When Im in a loud environment within minecraft, and I have subtitles on. My entire right side of my screen becomes a block of text. Imagine if we could change its position similar to how other games allow you to resize your gameplay window to make it best fit your screen, we could change the size and position of the subtitles within the accessibility window -> have 2 small buttons next to whatever mojang would allow to be changed, one saying move and one saying resize. Click Move -> Use Arrow Keys/WASD/D-Pad/Joystick to change its position on the screen then hit enter/start button to confirm its position (like changing hotkeys then clicking enter). And for scaling it could be left to scale up and right to scale down, or if mojang team gets crazy with the customizability -> we could stretch it vertically or horizontally rather than just a scale factor
