Agrounded boats

An area on a beach noted by suspicious sand on the waters edges as it touches the coast, and when digging underneath you find 2-3 boats in the sand, at least one of them being a chest boat with loot. Adds a bit more to beaches and free boats if you are a boat guy for some reason.
