Let's add vanilla structure editing features to Bedrock

With these features, we will have: - Customizable villages (a feature that has long been available in Java) - The ability to change some buildings in the original version (this is great) - The ability to create bases similar to Outposts and Mansions - An upgraded jigsaw puzzle mechanism similar to Java
