make skins downloadable from the launcher

I don't have the file for my Minecraft skin, and I want to put it on bedrock. If I could download a skin that is saved on the launcher, then I could recover files that I forgot to backup, or thought I could before.

Another way this could be partially solved would be make it so you can access the skins on java and put it as your bedrock skin.

It would still be better to have it as a downloadable file so if I needed/wanted to, I could post it somewhere on the internet.
