Spear recipe changes/rquirements

The spear, like the mace, is quite powerful with the right techniques and needs balancing. It has an insanely cheap recipe and is overpowered from the early game to the late game.

maybe the spear should have a newer, more expensive crafting recipe. Specifically for diamond and netherite tiers. Instead, there could be potential for a new workbench thats able to bind the spear head to the spear's body at the cost of enchantment levels. 

This would make spears more balanced for servers.

(also fix attribute swapping)
