Colored and Dynamic lighting should be given to both Vanilla and VV

The new colored and dynamic lighting and all the new biome/daytime attributes need to be used in vanilla graphics, not just VV. Vanilla deserves these upgrades just as much as VV does, and it would let both not have a lighting advantage over the other. It would give both the freedom to tinker with their lighting without giving one side or the other unique shading that the other side can't see.
