Make the spear easier to use for pocket edition users

I know there's 3 different control options under touch, but I think there should be more customization for the controls, allow for a cross heir just for reference points but still enable block placing where tapped, there should also be a secondary attack button for the spear since its hard to use playing on a phone or other mobile device
