3rd-Party Vibrant Visuals Support

I noticed a recent update that completely disables the use of Vibrant Visuals resource packs downloaded from the internet. I think it was intentional, but either way, I think it’s a bad update. If this is intended to drive up Marketplace sales, then that would make me pretty angry.
