Pick Block keybind RENAME

Pick Block function is not taught or explained by the game and underutilized, especially for new players.

However, a major contributing factor is that the name of it can be confusing and misleading; in a game where using a PICK (noun) to PICK (verb) blocks is such a core element. This is a less than ideal name for the function and leaves many players never understanding or exploring what is a very useful function. Especially one that doesn't even work unless under specific conditions, giving no feedback to the player.

It also now applies to entities as well as blocks making the name further misleading.

Suggest it is RENAMED to something like EQUIP TARGET. CHOOSE or SELECT or COPY Block would also all be improvements. Open to other ideas. Anything but PICK Block.
