I'm concerned that the heavy reliance on purple/magenta for the End's magic is causing aesthetic fatigue. These colors, while familiar, have become so popular and common in fantasy media that they now signal "generic magic" rather than "Minecraft's magic." This risks making the End feel less special and, ironically, less magical.
As the Minecraft team already stated, the wonder of Minecraft comes from its unique creativity. I believe the End dimension should evoke that same feeling of discovering something truly original, not something we've seen everywhere else.
There's plenty of colors to experiment with, and for a "right to the point" feedback, maybe start by adding blue as one of the "magical colors" in some new features.
In short, lets move from "This is magical because games say purple is magic" to "This is magical because it feels alien and uniquely Minecraft".
This would directly address the mundane feel of the current palette and improve the End's mysterious identity.
