I would like to share how incredibly happy I am with the new Dialogs feature introduced in Minecraft.
I have been a Minecraft server developer and administrator for more than 8 years, and this new system has already changed the way I design user interfaces for my players.
Before Dialogs existed, I had to rely on chest menus to let players configure their minigame settings. While functional, chest menus were often confusing or unintuitive for new players.
With Dialogs, the configuration process has become much clearer, more modern, and less overwhelming. My players understand options more easily, and it creates a much better user experience overall.
Thank you very much for adding this feature — it is a huge improvement for server creators and communities.
I would be extremely happy if Dialogs could be expanded even further in the future.
Here are the improvements that would benefit both developers and players.
Being able to choose where fields or buttons appear on the screen (for example, organizing elements in a custom layout) would give developers more control and allow for cleaner and more intuitive interfaces.
For example, when players type a world name, role, map identifier, or any predefined option, it would be great if the dialog could suggest or autocomplete known values.
This would reduce errors, speed up configuration, and make complex servers much more accessible.
Thank you again for this amazing feature.
I hope these improvements can be considered for future updates.
