Redstone debug renderer

With 1.21.9 and 1.21.11 there was a complete overhaul of the Debug overlay, and included new debug things such as light levels, water levels, and such. I feel like a very helpful one which a lot of people may use is a redstone power overlay. A very simple thing would be to show the power level of redstone dust, which is a feature of quite a few mods and resource packs, but other things may be helpful, such as highlighting if a block is strongly or weakly powered, or values going into the comparator, or anything else to visualize what is going on internally with redstone.

I would still be happy if it's only just showing the power level of redstone dust and maybe components like the torches. It would be really helpful to show these values for much more technical players to get quick information on large builds without relying on anything external. The current solution can only show you one block at a time
