New feedback system

Instead of just voting for new ideas, you could rate it from 0 to 5. Additional you could sort the ideas by a combination of rating and time. It would give actually good ideas a better chance of being seen.

    The only problem here is that if there are too many 5 star posts , which one will show up first ? That’s why the current vote count and star rating system could work together.
    Votes take priority over star count.

    For example : A post with 7000 votes, 4 stars is better than a post with 1 vote, 5 stars, but a post with 7000 votes, 3 stars is better than a post with 7000 votes, one star.

    I know, but it would at least sort out the very bad ideas
