The Ability to Transfer Minecraft Capes Between Accounts

I think it would be very beneficial to have the ability to transfer Minecraft Capes between accounts because at least for myself the in the switch between accounts I was able to recover practically everything that I really cared about (worlds, friends, etc) except for my capes. I'm not sure about the level that people care about them anymore but they have been a part of Minecraft for a very long time and I would love to see this feature added.
