Add a Cleansing potion

We already have milk to clear effects, but a dedicated potion could add more strategy to the game. A Cleansing Potion would remove active status effects from mobs or other players, making it useful in both PvE and PvP. Possible features: • Throwable version to strip buffs from mobs or opponents. • Drinkable version as an alternative to milk. • Adds more tactical depth and expands the brewing system
