Polar bears are worse than creepers because of baby protection mechanic!

Me and my family live in snowy / ice biomes. Polar bears constantly ruin the fun because a baby will spawn out of nowhere, close by too, and without warning you're getting attacked by multiple polar bears. 

We have to constantly kill every single polar bear on sight, especially babies, because otherwise we'll just be going about our business then we suddenly get attacked because a baby spawned somewhere. That's not fun Minecraft, and I don't want to go around killing babies all the time. 

Worse than creepers. Please fix this. For example, you could make baby polar bears not be able to spawn anywhere near the player, and give the baby a distinct noise so you can tell when they're nearby. Or you could introduce something that deters them, like the warped fungus deters hoglins. 

Seriously, over and over and over again just getting smacked by polar bears, through walls too, and unlike creepers, you can't just put torches down. 

Please please please fix this. It is so annoying and ruins the biome and the fun of the game.
