Don't Change Mob Growth Stages

Do not remove a handy feature that the community likes!

In the 26.0.23 preview they removed the visible growth stages of certain mobs that can be bred by players (horses, donkeys, mules). It was a good quality of life feature that helped players know how grown their mob was.

Mojang should never do anything that makes their games worse, even in the name of parity.
