Folders or Groups for Resource packs for both Java and Bedrock.

This feature will be very useful for anybody who likes to install a lot of textures/resource but over time when we build up a whole collection of texture/resource packs making them appear all cluttered and messy looking with no way to organize them neatly and separate certain packs from other packs. But with the Folder or Group Feature we could have a way to organize our texture/resource packs. Create a separate group for certain packs and will make things easier to find which pack you wanna use for those who loves to stay organized.
