Add a random condition to the execute command "if" subcommand, such that the executed command would randomly either run or not run (preferably the probability would be adjustable). Minecraft lacks an easy way to generate random outcomes using commands. This is strange considering that it is such an obvious empty niche, which would be useful in many different scenarios. Of course there are workarounds that allow experienced command users to access random outcomes, but these are unintuitive, long, and complicated, meaning an intended random command would help inexperienced command writers and allow experienced command writers to streamline their code. I believe that the execute command would be the best place to add this as it is already centered around checking conditions.
