Players hold blocks like Copper Golems / Endermen

While working with copper golems I noticed that they hold blocks with both hands when walking around, but when they open a chest to put the item in, the block becomes smaller and is only held in one hand. I think this should work the same with players. When players hold a block, they should hold it with both hands unless interacting with something or holding multiple items
