Waterlogged Copper Golem Statues

Currently, copper golems cannot turn into statues unless they are within an air block, which means that they cannot turn into statues underwater. Considering that copper golem statues can already be waterlogged after the copper golem has turned into the statue, I think copper golems should be able to turn into statues underwater.

    This could prevent a bunch of copper golems from lagging the game underwater by turning them into blocks instead.
