I know Mojang tries to have an optimistic attitude. That's great! I love it, and it helps me enjoy a game I love even when so many people criticize it.
This behavior has a shortcoming, though. Mojang seems to refuse to acknowledge any problems exist at all until they take action to oppose them or solve them completely. This has contributed to the longevity of problematic features in Minecraft, such as the villager and enderman designs.
I would like it if Mojang acknowledged that there are, in fact, problems with Minecraft, and tried to solve them. I'm not saying they should lose the optimistic attitude! It is wonderful, and practically a defining part of Mojang at this point. I'm just saying they should, at very least, be more willing to admit that they're not perfect.
