make better version numbering (not the new one)

i was kinda expecting the new system to fix the issue of the game drops having different numbers on java vs bedrock so you can just say the first number or few numbers and its easy to understand and the later numbers only being bugfixes specific to each game but the new numbering doesnt fix that, whatd id do is just have the bedrock versions be like 25.1.XX where its the bedrock release and hotfixes in the XX but the first two would be identical to java so 25.70 on bedrock would be like 25.4.00 or something so you can just say "25.4" and everyone knows your refering to mounts of mayhem
