Shareable Realm with Co-owners

Hello Mojang Intern, 

One area of improvement that I believe can fix many issues that players face is the ability for the Realm owner to assign co-owners. This is for several reasons but the primary one is so co-owners could download the world and create their own independent world using that download. This way I have a copy if in the unfortunate event my friend decides to stop paying the subscription or god forbid something ever happens to the owner.

My second reasoning for the co-owners is so that others (with consent of the owner) change the game settings or restore back ups in the very common event that mistakes get made (this may be a personal issue).

Lastly, co-owners would allow for owners to delegate monthly cost directly to members who opt into contributing. This would lessen the financial load of the owner and could prevent the shut down of a world due to financial constraints.
