Rerun the Copper Cape quest

A LOT of people have been unable to obtain the Copper Cape from the event in October, no matter what method they used to obtain it. Even after the deadline for when it was supposed to arrive, it is nowhere to be seen on some accounts, despite those same accounts being given direct confirmation that they would receive it in game. Some players have even contacted support, which denied them help despite showing proof that they should have it. The Copper Cape quest needs to be redone and/or changed to allow anyone affected by this issue to properly obtain their cape.
