Increase in spear enchantments

Spear has a lunging enchantment but how about adding the tridents "riptide enchantment" to the spear, with two conditions:

1. It cannot be used with a mount

2. Both riptide and lunging cannot be added to same spear

Oh and like riptide it can only work in rain or water
