Make username changes cheaper

Instead of using Xbox gamertags, use Minecraft usernames instead just like Java so users don't have to live with usernames they hate. $10 to change a tiny thing in Microsoft's systems is not reasonable. $4.99 fee if you change it within 365 days of last change but free otherwise. Seriously, I don't like my username I created in middle school or whatever now that I'm a junior in HS.
