WE NEED A HANDPAN NOTEBLOCK SOUND and a listener block

Make a block that when placed under a note block it makes a handpan sound so we can play aria math whenever we want. Also add a listener block that listens for any sound or (a) specific sound(s) to activate a Redstone charge when paired with command blocks for example, a command that lets a listener activate redstine when it hears any of the entity stepping on grass soundtracks. Or better yet, a command that makes a listener activate Redstone when it hears notes on a note block in a specific sequence. For example, a bitcrush note block sound in the sequence of the birthday song. And the Redstone activates an iron door to a super secure base which im trying to build
