Vibrant visuals For Original Bedrock Texture Packs

Having a Vibrant Visuals update For the original bedrock legacy Texture packs on console including classic texture packs. They could add new dynamic lighting for each texture pack added to compliment each unique design like the marketplace vibrant visuals Texture packs that were recently added.

    Since all that changed were the textures, all they'd need to do is add the "pbr" capability and convert it to the modern format right?
