Minecraft is filtering numbers, what's the point of that?

I play on an RPG realm. I always log my earnings, the day and time I received them. But, for some reason, Minecraft is filtering these numbers, even with the word filter disabled. I understand that there are many problems related to the inappropriate sharing of data in online games, but taking away the freedom of players as if Minecraft were Roblox doesn't help at all. Word filters? They can exist on the client side, but it should be the player's or parent's choice whether or not to activate them. And if it's disabled, then it has no filters. If disabled, then no filters. But what about on the server side? And in realms? There might be a filter option there too, but if disabled, then please no number or word filters.
