Allow glow ink to be used on shelves

Items can be difficult to see on the shelves at night, especially if you make it out of a darker wood. I’ve also seen some people try to make Christmas lights with the block, but since you can’t make them glow it can look strange. I think it could even work on a per-slot basis. This way right-clicking with the glow ink on an occupied slot will make it glow, but if the slot is empty then you are able to store your glow ink.

    what if it was like how the item frame thing there is a regular one and a glowing one-something like that maybe? so like 6 glow things(glowstoen dust or glow ink sac….??) and a shelf gets the whole thing glowing. that way you also have to work for it ya know?
