Add a "buffer" system for the spear if you accidentally click too early

When using a spear, I often find myself accidentally clicking slightly too early and not dealing a jab attack. This encourages me to either spam-click or attack late.

To fix this, the game should have a "buffer" system, like in Jeb's experimental Combat Test snapshots. If you click between 80% and 100% charge, it will automatically make you attack once it reaches 100%.

This will not only fix this problem with spears in Mounts of Mayhem, but will also make the future combat update (the update that will likely make all weapons only usable when fully charged) more intuitive.
