Make the spear's minimum distance requirement less harsh

Spears currently have a minimum distance requirement of 2 blocks. This is seemingly intended to mimic how in real life you would need to get distance between yourself and your opponent with such a long weapon. However, the value is too large to the point of making the spear feel very unresponsive, a value of 1 or 1.5 would be much more reasonable and match the jab animation better.

    I don't think this is a good idea because even when your opponent is in front of you, you can still attack them by attacking their feet. This would would defeat the point of needing a side weapon along with the spear for when enemies get too close
