Add Sardinian

Since there are plenty of minor italic languages such as Sicilian and Venetian, there is no reason to keep Sardinian out. The Sardinian Minecraft community is looking forward to the implement of our language, which should be as Limba Sarda Comuna since the two main variants (Logudorese and Campidanese) are not enough widespread.

    I agree, it would be beautiful to see Logudorese and Campidanese sardinian implemented, but the Common Sardinian Language would also be enough
