Dakr Mode UI

A toggle dark mode for the UI  (maybe in the menus like how auto jump when walking up to a block is) so that those late night gaming sessions players don't get flash banged each time they open my inventory.

I am not the best with resource packs or keeping them up to date and I believe this little QOL would be very welcomed by many who have more sensitive eyes
