Please Allow Users to Disable Auto-Updates for Bedrock Edition

Servers don't always update to latest version due to stability or plugin version matching problem. So when playing on servers, players may have to reinstall old versions of bedrock edition over and over again, which is fairly annoying. Players used to be able to disable auto-update by disabling MS store auto-update, but this doesn't work recently, so we need a new (official) approach to stay in lower versions.
