Add Minecraft patch render dragon features

You need to add that feature because we are having problem putting shaders in our Minecraft worlds especially vibrant visuals are too lag on android not all but others can't afford it but if you add render dragon features we can just download shaders from shader sources so plss mojang add it on the next game drop or right now!
