Making Turtle Armor and Fishing Useful

I would propose adding a new loot, to fishing like the turtle helmet. Also I would increase the time to 15 seconds or maybe even up to 30 seconds. I also think it would be cool to add some sort of ore that you can get only from fishing and mining deep underwater in the trenches. This could add armor that is like iron armor but for the sea. It giving the user increased mining speed underwater, increased swimming speed and increased breathe. Have the helmet require a turtle helmet for use. Then you could have this increase the underwater time to 60 seconds to 5 minutes. This with making it so that you can't breathe underwater with the nautilus would make fishing and turtles have a use again. Just like you did with copper, pumpkins and many other mobs that didn't really have a use, but now do. This would also give players the chance to make underwater bases because of their increased mining and swimming speed plus of course not needing air as much. In addition it would give dolphins back a use. Because swimming next to them would give a player even more of a boost than what they already have.
