Hostile XP Orb Mimics

These are mobs like pixies or fairies that mimic XP orbs. They spawn in random places in clusters, and when you get close to them they move towards you, swarming around you and causing damage.

    You may find them around random items and rotten flesh, as if they were surrounding roadkill. These items could also act as a lure for players

    These could be good for Dark Forests, which kinda resemble mystical fantasy forests. These would be like the fairies/pixies, but you know, dark :)

    They could turn red the closer they get to you, indicating what they really are, but it may also be good to keep them yellow and green, so that when someone looks at you, it looks like XP orbs swarming around you.

    They could be made so that they only appear red to the people close to them. So to someone watching from far away, it just looks like a bunch of XP orbs, but to the person being attacked, they look red.
