(Parity) Baby Zombies riding other mobs

In Bedrock there are more jockey types since a Baby Zombie can ride more mobs. This would be perfect for the Mounts of Mayhem drop. Since all the features are added there's now plenty of time for adjustments and it's great for parity. This would of course be applied to all the other zombie variants as well.
