Frozen Zombies on Zombified polar bear

My 7 year old is a huge fan and asked me to send this suggestion in for a frozen zombie on a zombified polar bear that also spawns with a stray on the back. The frozen zombie gives the slowness effect whenever it hits you, and it can also throw snowballs at you. There would be two ways for it to spawn in- spawn in on a zombified polar bear or when a zombie falls in powdered snow. When killed, you get frozen flesh, because a new version of flesh hasn’t been released in a long time.

    The zombie virus is spreading along every biome! It's a pretty nice idea, but I'm not sure if Mojang's current philosophy allows for a polar bear to be ridden. However, it would finally give the polar bear a purpose.
