Ember Omen - New Ominous Event

Add a new Ominous Event that triggers in the Nether Fortress.

When entering a Nether Fortress with the Bad Omen effect, it will turn into the Ember Omen.

It could cause the infamous Wildfire to spawn (a.k.a: Mob D from the first ever Mob Vote) as a sort of Miniboss. Multiple of these would appear randomly around the Nether Fortress and would only persist for the duration of the Ember Omen on the player.

Ember Omen would also cause Wither Skeletons to spawn wearing armour, and even with Bows that shoot Arrows of Wither.

Wildfires would drop large amounts of Blaze Rods, as well as Rubies (which are gemstones formed in extreme heat irl, and used to exist way back in Minecraft's beginnings).

Rubies are not only used for decoration, or Armor Trims, but they can be used to Barter with Piglins for a unique high-tier loot pool full of Gold, as well as Netherite Scrap and even Netherite Smithing Templates, adding an alternative method of obtaining the extremely limited resource.

Netherite Smithing Templates could additionally be duplicated using Rubies (alongside Diamonds).

Bartering with Piglins could also provide Cogs, used to craft a Mechanical Crossbow, which can load up to 5 arrows and fire them out in quick succession before needing to reload again.

    That's a full Minecraft drop you described right there, I like these ideas. However, unless cogs have other uses than just crafting a mechanical crossbow, I think it's better giving the thing itself instead.

    I think Cogs could be used to craft an upgraded "mechanical" variant of Fishing Rods and Spyglasses, with the new Mechanical Fishing Rod having an entirely different loot pool and more durability, while the new Mechanical Spyglass can be set to a higher zoom strength depending on the number of Cogs you merge it with?

    I also think I'd like Cogs to be placeable, but they would be purely decorational, except that they spin slowly when powered.
