Problem with placing and destroying blocks. VOTE HERE!!!

When you place a block controlled by your XBOX controller with a single tap, it will automatically cause more blocks to be placed where the cross is in the middle of your screen. When you destroy a block that you control with your XBOX controller with a single tap, it will more blocks to be destroyed where the cross is in the middle of your screen. This will cause major problems and damage to your buildings in Survival and Creative Mode. Because this makes playing Minecraft and Minecraft Preview on a XBOX not fun. Can there be an update so that this does not damage your buildings in Survival Mode and Creative Mode?

    I'm having this issue too. At first I thought it was my controller because it was an old controller. I bought a new one and the problem is still here.

    Also having that issue for about a week now. Not the controller, have reset the settings, updated the controllers, tried a different controller. Still an issue. Took off all mods, plain game - still doing this. Literally unplayable.
