I haven't found a way to do this by testing or searching for it so I am just assuming it is not possible, but I would love to see it be possible to use something similar to the target selector to be able to pick the mannequin's skin based on team or distance as it could be useful for making a custom map without using resource packs for skins and instead uses the current skin of the player playing the map. A good example I can think of is a lobby system for multiplayer maps where a mannequin is asigned a tag and when a player is given that tag, the mannequin takes the skin of that player.
