Make Minecarts faster in Bedrock

We need a gamerule like in some snapchats to change the speeds of minecarts from 8-1000 like "/gamerule minecartMaxSpeed 100" or more. Especially in Bedrock, Bedrock minecarts needs to be faster like in Beta. Please make this update. And hope you guys are testing it already. Thank you!
