Goat Horn Mount Summon

The goat horn has no use in the game. If you could use it to call your mounts to you that would make it a crucial part of the game. The happy ghast is hard to get to come to you sometimes and it would make it more convient to use so people wouldnt rush for the elytra.  Also there is a big mount update and i think now would be the pefect time to emplament it into the game 

I would assume it would work similar to how you have a item in your hand that a mob is attacted to.

    I love this idea! mounts are so cute, but often impractical in the game because they get lost, wander off, ect. I thnk the horn could either summon the mount that you were on last OR you could sync a horn and mount with two name tags with the same name!
