Hey Mojang team,
I’ve been playing Minecraft for years across both Java and Bedrock, and I think it’s finally time to **combine them into one single, unified version**. Both editions are amazing in their own way, but the split between them hurts the game more than it helps.
Java has the freedom — mods, servers, community creativity, and endless possibilities. Bedrock has the performance, crossplay, smoother controls, and works everywhere. Why can’t we have both in one?
A **unified Minecraft** could use Bedrock’s engine for speed and cross-platform play, while adding **Java-style modding support** through an open API or script system. That way, PC players could still make advanced mods, and console/mobile players could enjoy them safely.
